Robotic approach is useful for cervico-superior mediastinal tumor

Abstract Surgical resection of a cervico-superior mediastinal tumour is challenging. We present two cases of robotic tumour resection. Because the hybrid robotic or robotic portal approach has several advantages over open thoracotomy or the conventional thoracoscopic approach, these approaches are options for cervico-superior mediastinal resection, allowing us to avoid a median sternotomy or transmanubrial approach
