摘要
The urothermal method is a useful and unique method for preparation of transition metal sulfide. Bulk SnS2 with good crystallinity and transverse size over 200μm was synthesized in the urothermal system containing SnCl4·5H2O, CH4N2S and LiCl·H2O, and exfoliated into 2D-SnS2 nanosheets by chemical exfoliation. Through dip-coating, such 2D-SnS2 nanosheets formed film easily. The antimicrobial activities of 2D-SnS2 nanosheets and 2D-SnS2 films were evaluated via colony counting method, ion releasing test and Resazurin Assay, respectively. The results showed that the 2D-SnS2 nanosheets showed a good antimicrobial performance against E. coli and A. niger and its antimicrobial mechanism should be a physical damage. And further evaluating the antibacterial and antifungal activities of 2D-SnS2 films in practical scenario.
