摘要
Oxygen-vacancy-rich CuO nanosheet arrays (16.72 nm) were synthesized via an in situ growth method. The CuO-2 sensor showed a response of 4.65 toward 100 ppb NO 2 at 75 °C, showing promise for low-temperature ppb-level NO 2 detection.
