Current Methods of Phosphorylation of Biological Molecules

This review deals with currently employed methods for the synthesis of phosphate monoesters and phosphoramidates of biological molecules. The phosphorylating agents discussed are phosphoric acid, its esters and anhydride, the phosphorochloridates and -chloridites, and phosphites.
