摘要
Abstract C–H bond functionalization is one of the major research topics in modern synthetic organic chemistry. Although various reactions have been developed over the past decades, reports on the functionalization of 2 C–H bonds in one pot, namely, the double C–H bond functionalization, are limited. The double functionalization of the highly inert C(sp3)–H bond presents a difficult challenge. In this review, we summarize recent advances in sequential hydride shift-mediated double C(sp3)–H bond functionalization.
