Role ofeosinophilsin chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps: an update

Eosinophils and their secreted granule proteins are associated with chronic inflammatory response in nasal mucosa. Knowing more about eosinophils helps us explore new strategies to alleviate inflammatory response and reduce the recurrence of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP). In this paper, we focus on the new progress about eosinophils and their relationship with pathogenesis of CRSwNP. Key words: Sinusitis; Eosinophil
