Polymer/graphene quantum dots (PGQDs) composite electrochemical sensors are used for the detection of glucose. The PGQDs composite were synthesized by situ chemical oxidation polymerization method. The optical properties was studied by UV-Visible spectroscopy, the surface morphology by Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), the electrochemical performance and glucose detection were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) reveals that PGQDs nanocomposite shows the enhanced electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation and reduction and which enhances the electrochemically catalytically current during cyclic voltammetry. It exhibits the stable electrochemical sensors for detection glucose and good agreement with regression value R2=0.965.
