Genetic Algorithm for VRP with Time Constraint

In this paper,we studied the vehicle routing problem with time constraint,considered the relationship between vehicle traveling speed and road traffic condition at different time sections,and designed respectively the traditional genetic algorithm and improved genetic algorithm to solve the problem.Then,we verified the superiority of the improved algorithm in a simulated case study.
