THE RECENT ADVANCE ON CELLOBIOSE DEHYDROGENASE

Wooddegrading fungi,including whiterot,softrot fungi,brownrot fungi,etc.produce cellobiose dehydrogenase(CDH).This paper reviews sugar specificity of cellobiose dehydrogenase,the interaction between CDH and cellulose,the enzymatic mechanism and kinetics dealing with CDH,as well as the recent applications of CDH.
