COMPARISON OF THE NORTH YELLOW SEA BASIN WITH ANJU BASIN OF KOREA AND JIAOLAI BASIN OF CHINA

The North Yellow Sea basin (50 000 km~(2) in area) is lowly explored and China has no drilling in it, the Jiaolai basin of China is a land basin close to the North Yellow Sea basin and the peripheral explored basin of the Shengli Oilfield, and the Anju basin has the smallest area but most drilling. Lithology, sedimentation and oil-bearing characteristics of the three basins are introduced in the paper.
