Supply chain management is a valid way for pork processing enterprises to meet the needs of consumers,to optimize organization structure and improve its competitiveness.This paper takes Jinli Industrial Co.Ltd in QiongLai City of Sichuan as an example,analyzes the structure of the pork supply chain and the characteristic of supply chain management.Finally puts forward the countermeasures to promote its supply chain competitiveness.
