The Studying of the Students' Egotism Attribution Bias on Volleyball Technique Learning of the Teachers' University

This paper, based on the theory of attribution, analyze a popular attribution bias——the egotism attribution bias in the course of students' skill learning by the means of questionnaire and point out that teachers should attach importance to this attribution bias of skill learning in volleyball teaching course. So that the teachers could guide the students to make the positive attribution in order to increase the quality and the effect of the teaching.
