Observation of Effects of EAA Regimen for Refractory and Relapsed Acute Leukemia

Objective To explore the therapy of refractory and relapsed AL.Method Treated and observed effects of 38 cases of refractory and relapsed AL by using EAA regimen integrated with AMSA,Ara-c and Vp16.Results Of 38 patients there were 15 cases of complete remission,10 cases of partial remission,and the total effective rate was 65%.Conclusion EAA regimen proved to be an effective therapy in treating refractory and relapsed AL.
