Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass for Patients with Severe Cicrcumflex Lesion

Objective To explore off pump coronary artery bypass(OPCAB)for patients with severe ciencumflex branch lesion.Methods 32 patients with multivessel lesion including coronary artery circumflex lesion were collected,of which 16 cases' EDLV≥65 mm,11 cases's LVEF≤0.40, 12 were performed grafting ITA to LAD prior to OPCAB for the sake of safety and 2 were operated by using IABC assistance.Results Mean operative duration was 194 min. 21 cases were revascularized for 3 grafts,8 for 4,3 for 5 with 1.3 per case as mean circumflex grafting. No paraoperative cardiac infarction and recent death were reported.Conclusion Correct exposure of circumflex and close cooperation with anesthetists were guarantees that OPCAB could be successfully carried out.
