Study on Pharmacokinetics of Isoimpteratorin in Dogs

Objective: To Study the Pharmacokinetics of isoimpteratorin in Dogs.Methods:The concentrations of isoimpteratorin were determined by HPLC with Fluorescence Detection,pharmacokinetics parameter was calculated by DAS(ver2.0)pharmacoktnetics procedure.Results:The Pharmacokinetics parameters of isoimpteratorin after single ig in dogs are as follows: AUC 0-9 is 1.827mg/(L·h),Cmax is 0.835mg/L,Tmax is 20min,t1/2is 1.5h.Conclusion:The absorption of isoimpteratorin in dogs is of first order kinetics.
