Antipsychotics could increase weight and cause central obesity,which is the key point of lipid metabolism disorder.Lipid-lowering drugs,hypoglycemic drugs,diet pills and some other special drugs could decrease the weight and control the patients′ lipid level,which could effectively treat the lipid metabolism disorder.In addition,several nondrug treatment measures,such as healthy lifestyle,diet,and physical exercise are more fundamental and healthier measures.
