Separate Control of Work in Process in Process Industry

This article aims to find an improved method to control the work in process(WIP) in process industry.The characteristics of production in process industry are discussed.A stable process is the most important factor that affects WIP in process industry.Using for reference ideas of JIT and customization,the article present a new method,two points method,for the control of WIP.The control is simplified and improved.
