摘要
Immunometabolism is the intersection between immunity and metabolism, and the effects of some important metabolic pathways on the development, differentiation, activation and function of immune cells are mainly studied. Metabolic processes provide cells with a continuous supply of energy, and molecular precursors for the production of biomolecules. Key intracellular metabolic processes are believed to be key participants in the development and differentiation. This review mainly summarizes the relationship and roles of metabolic pathways with T helper 17 (Th17) cells and T regulatory (Treg) cells, which provide theoretical help for in-depth understanding of the regulatory mechanism, signal transduction and clinical intervention of Th17 and Treg cell metabolism.
