摘要
Enantioconvergent cross-coupling is a powerful strategy for asymmetric synthesis, but its application to alcohols remains challenging. Here, we demonstrate the potential of the dynamic kinetic cross-electrophile coupling (DK-XEC) strategy to enable the enantioconvergent coupling of alcohols. This nickel-catalyzed approach directly couples benzylic alcohols with alkenyl electrophiles, providing access to enantioenriched alkenes bearing allylic stereogenic centers. The reaction proceeds under mild conditions, exhibits a broad substrate scope and high enantioselectivity, and eliminates the need for separate preactivation of alcohols.
