| 其它 | Briefly, the chitosan solution was prepared by gradually dissolving100mg chitosan(deacetylation degree: 75-85 and viscosity:0.2-0.8 Pa*s at 25°C, Sigma-Aldrich) in 4 mL acetic acid (0.1 M) under continuous stirring at room temperature until the solution was clear. Then,600 mg β-GP (β-Glycerophosphate, Sigma-Aldrich) powder was dissolved in 1 mL deionized water, and after that sterilized with a 0.22 μm syringe filter. The two solutions were chilled to 4 C for 20 min before being mixed together. Subsequently, β-GP solution was carefully added dropwise into chitosan solution under mild agitation in an ice bath to obtain a homogeneous liquid solution. The final prepared solution contained 2 % (w/v) chitosan and12 % (w/v) β-GP.[3] An injectable T-BTO-Gel was prepared by adding T-BTO nanoparticles into blank chitosan hydrogel with the volume ratio of 1:9. The mixture was homogeneously mixed with a vortex mixer for 2 min. The final solution was stored at 4 C until use. |
