| 其它 | The retention of reactants and compounds produced during glycine synthesis was studied by high-performance liquid chromatography using a styrene-divinylbenzene copolymeric anion-exchange column. The influence of several parameters (pH, composition of the mobile phase) on the capacity factors of the solutes was investigated. A good separation of the synthesis products was obtained in less than IO min when the analysis was carried out with a 10 mM aqueous phosphate anion buffer at pH 9.5 mixed with 35% acetonitrile (v/v). These conditions allow the identification of reactants, intermediate compound and products during the glycine synthesis. This leads to better understanding of some of the side-reactions. |
