| 其它 | The pot experiment of gramineae grass Digitaria smutsii was conducted to study the dosage dependant effect and time effect of rare earth elements (REE) lanthanum (La) on soil microorganism in the red soil-pasture system. The results showed that the high concentration of La was harmful to bacteria, actinomycete, epiphyte and azotobacter in soil. The sensitivity of bacteria, actinomycete and azotobacter to La was larger than that of epiphyte. By modeling the relationship between La concentration and the count of soil microorganism, the EC50(median effect concentration) of La to bacteria, actinomycete and epiphyte increased with time prolong. It indicated that the effects of La on soil microorganism inclined to weaken with time prolong. |
