| 其它 | When first seen by us in 2002, the patient had diffuse swelling around the flexor tendons of the right middle finger, which extended to the forearm (Fig 2, A). Magnetic resonance imaging disclosed well-demarcated tumor-like masses from the wrist around to the flexor tendon of the middle finger (Fig 2, B). ALA-PDT was applied to the lesion. A 10% solution of ALA (Sigma, St. Louis, Mo) dissolved in saline solution was injected into the tendon sheath. After 4 hours of light shading, the lesion was irradiated with pulsed laser light at a wavelength of 630 nm at 100 J/cm2 using an excimer dye laser (Hamamatsu Photonics K.K., Hamamatsu, Japan). Fluorescence was confirmed before PDT. The lesion was irradiated 6 times with a total of 600 J/cm2. Reduction of the swelling was observed clinically (Fig 2, C) and confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (Fig 2, D). No recurrence was observed at 2-year follow-up. |
