| 其它 | 【Objective】Muscle microstructure of crisp grass carp and common was compared to provide scientific references for meat processing carp.【Method】Morphological characteristics dorsal white muscle,dorsal red muscle abdominal were observed under microscope after paraffinembedded tissue section hematoxylin-eosin staining.Muscle fiber differences between judging from diameter density.【Result】Fundamental structure the same.Muscle carp(67.6 μm) significantly smaller than that carp(109.4 μm)(P0.05,the same below).Muscle density muscle(249/mm2) larger carp(121/mm2).There no significant carp(P0.05).【Conclusion】There certain relationships hardness carp. |
