摘要
Mechanical seals, crucial components in aerospace, aviation, chemical, and energy equipment, require robust sealing performance in high-speed and challenging environments. This study introduces the TFSID model, a comprehensive coupling model considering thermal fluid-solid interaction and dynamic response. It investigates how mechanical-thermal deformation and dynamic response affect sealing performance by comparing TFSID model results with simpler models. Results indicate that at higher parameter ranges, TFSID model results differ from simpler models due to coupling effects, while at lower parameter ranges, simpler models can approximate TFSID model results. This research aids in selecting appropriate mechanical seal simulation models and understanding sealing mechanisms in complex conditions.
