Effectiveness of Human Resource Planning

In the context of India, this paper studies the effectiveness of human resources planning on Rail Budget. It was found that human resources planning have significant with Rail Budget. Human resources planning imply planning at the organization level about the future needs of manpower in the organization and also about the sources of human recourses. Human resources planning involve internal and external factors i.e. level of economic development, govt. policies, level of technology, job analysis, different group and information.
