P‐38: Nano Structure Phosphors for FEDs

Abstract Phosphor is an important element for the FED. We developed nanostructure phosphor for the FED, and tried to fabricate nano‐particle and nano‐thin‐film phosphor. Using those phosphors, a simple panel was produced. The light emission from both nano‐particle and nano‐thin‐film phosphor panels was confirmed.
