Compute the Value of Permissible Voltage of Series Capacitor Group by Rated Electric Quantit

The value of capacitor and the value of permissible voltage are two major parameters of capacitor.In reality,the method of series capacitor is often used,which can obtain the high voltage(the value of permissible voltage),and the value of permissible voltage of series capacitors needs to be calculated.This paper introduces the concept of rated electric quantity,and calculates the minimum value of the capacitor electric quantity.Finally the conclusion that permissible voltages for series capacitors are equal to the minimum value of the electric quantity multiplying its voltage and dividing the values of capacitors is given.
