The Histological Research on the Gonad of the Haliotis diversicolor aquatilis

We collect different mature moment gonad of the Haliotis diversicolor aquatilis,from observing External Morphology of gonad to judge the mature degree of gonad development.Microscopically observed slice of gonad organization,we found that the gonad development is not synchronized the same gonad is mature near horn part,and immature at back part.According to exterior shape of gonad and slice of gonad organization some Drollams about the relationship between mature degree of gonad and hasten spawn,ensure egg quality,enhance cultivation effect of abalone seedling.
