Clinical effects analysis of mosapride and domperidone in treatment with primary biliary reflux gastritis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of mosapride and domperidone in treatment with primary bile reflux gastritis. Method 96 cases of primary bile reflux gastritis patients were chose in our hospital from August 2010 to October 2013, all patients were randomly divided into A, B, C groups, 32 cases in each group. Group A were treated with mosapride, group B were treated with domperidone, group C were taeated by mosapride combine with domperidoned therapy, observed and compared three groups of patients with therapeutic effect, before and after treatment symptom scores and adverse reactions. Result After treatment, the clinical symptoms of three groups of patients were significantly improved. For group C, the total effective rate was 93.75%, significantly higher than that of group A and group B(59.38%, 68.75%), the difference between three groups was significant(P 0.05). Three groups of patients after treatment, syptom scores were significantly lower than that before treatment, the difference was significant(P 0.05). Patients in group C after treatment, symptom lower than group A, B, the difference was significant(P 0.05). During treatment, three groups of patients were not found in liver and kidney function damage and other serious adverse reactions. Incidence of adverse reaction of group A and B were 6.3%, group C had no cases of adverse reactions. Conclusion Mosapride combine with domperidone treatment of primary biliary reflux gastritis, has more significant effect than the single drug and higher clinical value, which worth of promoting.
