Asset Securitization:Consumer Finance Company's External Financing Choice

In respect to the features of domestic consumer finance business,we discussed the necessity of finding new ways of financing consumer finance companies.Taking into account the relative regulations in Measures for the Administration of Consumer Finance Companies issued by China Banking Regulatory Commission(CBRC),we proceeded to propose a new mode in financing the consumer finance companies i.e.the method of asset securitization.This may be of significance in improving our consumer finance companies by lowering external financing cost and threshold in their business.
