Preparation of Wheat Starch Phosphated with Sodium Tripolyphosphate

Abstrcat According to the principle that wheat starch could be esterified for starch phosphate monoester and disester with phosphoric acid reagent, through chemical experiment method, the effect of different reaction condition on degree of cross-linking of starch phosphate monoester and disester, were studied. The best reaction conditions were selected by analyzing the experiment conclusion.
