The concept of social justice has kept developing,with higher social formations have much more realistic justice than lower ones.In contemporary society,the social justice is justice in opportunity.The fairness in education is one part of social justice,as well as foundation and effective means to realize it.At present stage of our country,the most important measure is to carry out compulsory education.
