Biomechanical Investigation of cancellous bone in femoral head during the healing of femoral neck fracture

Objective:To investigate the influences of femoral neck fracture to femoral head function and provide experimental evidences for clinical treatments.Methods:The calcium?phosphorus contents and the mechanical property of cancellous bone in femoral head during the healing of femoral neck fracture were measured in the dogs.Results:The mechanical property was changed and the apparent changes of the calcium?phosphorus contents were not found.Conclusion:The healing state of femoral neck fracture can influence the function of femoral head.
