A Group Conflicting Decision Making Method with Decision Makers Having Different Importance

The group conflicting decision making problem with decision makers owing different importance is studied,and the method of group conflicting decision making is given.Firstly,the method of confirming decision makers' importance is obtained through their interactive evaluation.Then,during the course of group decision making,any decision maker can propose his different opinion and come to an agreement through their interactive decision making. Finally,A group conflicting decision making case with four makers is given to explain the method,so the group decision making result is gained,and the results show that the decision making result is inclined to the maker who is more important.
