Effect of Wenxinkeli Combined Bisoprolol Treating Dilated Cardiomyopathy with Arrhythmia

Objective:To observe cardiomyopathy of Wenxinkeli and bisoprolol treating dilated heart disease with arrhythmia.Methods:150 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.Combined treatment groups: oral Wenxinkeli and bisoprolol;Wenxinkeli groups: oral Wenxinkeli;bisoprolol group: oral Bisoprolol.The treatment time was before and after treatment the clinical symptoms and Holter monitoring.Results:The combination therapy group,the total efficiency was 90% / 88%;Wenxinkeli total effective rate was 74% / 74%;bisoprolol group,the total efficiency was 76% / 78%.Statistically,the total efficiency and stability of the heart in the combined treatment group were statistically different from those in Bisoprolol tablets group and the Wenxinkeli group(P0.05).Conclusion:Wenxinkeli combined with bisoprolol treating dilated cardiomyopathy,arrhythmia than a single Bisoprolol with Wenxinkeli and effect.
