Study on the Property of Visible Light Absorption and Infrared Radiation of Fiber Array Conversion Chip

To generate infrared dynamic scene,a new visible to infrared transducer film is introduced in this paper,which is fabricated based on micro-structure of processing.This film absorbs visible light and radiates infrared light.It was observed that the absorption rate of visible light could reach 95%.Its infrared emissivity in 3～5 μm spectrum band could be 0.73 while the emissivity in 8～12 μm band could be 0.82.Test results show that the film's property of visible light absorption and infrared radiation can meet the application requirements.
