Study on the apoptosis of neuroblastoma

To work out the expression of apoptosis and the relationship of prognosis in neuroblastoma.Methods: Apoptosis was determined by the Tunel in Neuroblatoma in tissue sections. The apoptotic indexes were the percentages of apoptotic cells among tumor cells.Results: The Apoptotic indexes were higher in the faverable than unfaverable P0. 01 if the apoptotic index was more than 9% it indicted spontaneous regression.Conclusions: The apoptotic index can be considered as ava luable index to judge progrosis and guide treatment.
