Part 1 of this series examined the standard sharpening technique and proposed a new sharpening technique. Moreover, a rationale for use of a stereomicroscope and small-sized rotating stones with an electric engine on the side of blade in sharpening scaling instruments was presented.Part 2 describes the detailed new sharpening procedure - materials, instruments and technique -based on ergonomics and psychology.
