Study and Application of a Home-made Flexible Pipeline Installation Technique in Shallow Sea

The paper is based on JZ9-3W oilfield construction project.In order to achieve the expectation of transporting offshore oil,gas and water by means of flexible pipelines,reducing the offshore oil exploration cost and improving the efficiency of oilfield development,a study is made of the laying process,the roller and the inspection result of flexible pipelines installed in light of the characteristics of home-made flexible pipelines and the conditions of the marine area.The technology has been successfully applied in the project and can provide guidance for the installation of subsea home-made flexible pipes in the future.
