Preparation and Spectroscopic Characterization of Composite Nanoparticles Embedded in 5-Fluorouracil

Ag/SiO2 core-shell nanoparticles embedded in 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu) were prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.The Raman enhancement effect of drug molecules on the surface of Ag nanoparticles and the influence of SiO2 on the enhancement were discussed.
