Research on Mechanical Propertyes and Conductibility of Silver-Coated Polyamide Filament

In order to research the performance of silver-coated polyamide filament,the physical mechanical properties and conductibility of silver-coated Polyamide filament were investigated.The results indicate that breaking strength of 140D/40f and 40D/12f silver-coated Polyamide filament is lower than that of polyamide.But breaking elongation is higher than that of polyamide.Resistance of silver-coated polyamide filament is higher than that of polyamide.Thus it greatly improves the antistatic property of product.The bonding power between silver plating layer and basal body is very strong.So the durability of silver-coated Polyamide filament is very well.
