Analysis on Several Issues of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection

maintaining various human being cultures has most important sense under the background that globalization system keeps advancing ahead and science technology increases rapidly in the world.Regarding to the protection of intangible cultural heritage,it has already been discussed as a hot center both in national level and foreign level.In 2003 the UNESCO published the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage,which China also joined this Convention in 2004.So we shall explore several diffcult issues in proective system for intangible cultural heritage,such as how to define the basic concepts and hwo to properly apply the aboriginal law and aboriginal insititutions,which will help us to perfect intangible cultural heritage protecting system.Meanwhile,learning some experience and practice from other countries shall also provide reference.
