Citrus plants are important commercial fruit crops in the world. Identification of citrus plants resulting from breeding or genetic diversity testing of citrus plants can use several test models. Citrus plant identification for plant breeding activities includes morphological, anatomical, cytogenetic and molecular terms. Molecular identification accuracy is higher because it is carried out at the micro level, namely DNA. Microsatellite markers or molecular markers or SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) is a type of molecular marker that is easy to carry out the analysis. The application of microsatellite molecular markers to citrus plants can facilitate the identification of breeding citrus plants. The use of microsatellite (SSR) molecular markers to determine the origin of the nucleus genome. Five pairs of microsatellite primers or SSR specifically for citrus plants, namely SSR primers (forward and reverse) primers TAA15, TAA41, CAT01, AG14 and TC26.
