摘要
Wearable technology based on conductive textiles generally focuses on the development of textile sensors and electric thermal textiles. The primary preparation methods currently used are coating and interweaving. Compared with the coating method, interweaving provides better deformability, durability, and a larger target functional range. Among them, woven conductive fabrics offer good stability, and by designing various jacquard patterns, multi-layer material structures can also be formed. Using woven conductive thermal textiles as a base, this paper established a thermal uniformity ratio simulation model through the design of fabric structure parameters and the analysis of thermal performance. This methodology provides possible design direction for such textiles, thereby enabling a reduction in production expenditure. Furthermore, it offers avenues for the realization of personalized adaptation and the transition towards the industrial-scale manufacturing of woven thermal textiles.
