摘要
Cancer Therapy Aptamers have great functions in carrier drug delivery and have broad application prospects in the field of biomedicine. In article number 2300104, Jianye Liu and co-workers report the synthesis of a novel material, PD-L1-GEMs wherein the PD-L1 aptamer and gemcitabine, which has targeting ability, are coupled. The PD-L1-GEMs facilitate targeted chemotherapy and immunotherapy for bladder cancer simultaneously, greatly enhancing the efficacy of gemcitabine and reducing its side effects.
