摘要
This study has demonstrated the influence of information quality and trust on the intention to continue using the food delivery service on mobile applications through a survey of 196 consumers, processed using SPSS 22 software. The findings indicate that among the four factors affecting the intention to continue using the food delivery service on mobile applications, namely reliability, consistency, clarity, and trust in the application, information quality and trust are the two strongest factors influencing consumers' intention to continue using the service. As a result, this research contributes to providing managerial implications for leaders and food businesses in Vietnam, suggesting solutions and policies to promote the digital economy by optimizing business processes and building customer trust. Improving the positive user experience and customer satisfaction through the application usage can be enhanced, leading to a higher intention to continue using the service.
