Epilepsy surgery is excellent for treatment of refractory epilepsy. Scalp EEG and electrocorticography are used prior to epilepsy surgery with variable outcomes across different centers and techniques. We analyzed outcomes following scalp & electrocorticography followed by resections at our center over 20 years.
