摘要
We study the problem of switching the superconductor to normal state with ultrashort laser pulse. We use original theoretical model based on kinetic equation for nonequilibrium Bogoliubov quasiparticles and phonons coupled with BCS theory relations for superconducting order parameter. Numerical simulation of the model allows to obtain the general behavior of excess particles and superconducting energy gap, and shows the characteristic features of the relaxation processes observed in experiment. In this work, we investigate the gap suppression in a superconductor excited with ultrashort laser pulse, and show the effects of laser frequency and transport current density on the duration of the process.
