摘要
As the important part of the power energy Internet, the power grid has become a variety of energy sharing network, at present China has initially formed the AC-DC UHV power grid pattern, among which over 1000 sets of UHV transformer equipment are operating. There have been several instances of failure burnout caused by tap-changers, bushings and hoist seat, and even expanded into substation fires, causing serious economic losses and threatening grid security. This objectively reflects the existing online monitoring configuration based on the body oil chromatography, grounding current of iron core clamp and temperature, which is unable to adapt to the rapid development of accurate early warning and diagnosis of faults. At the same time, high frequency partical discharge, status of bushing monitoring, tap changer status monitoring and other technologies are still in the pilot application stage. It can be seen that the existing condition monitoring technology mainly suffers from bottleneck problems such as insufficient amount of monitored states, separate design of each monitoring quantity, insufficient reliability of monitoring system, and data chimney. To address the above problems, this paper proposes a transformer condition monitoring solution to improve the reliability of the monitoring system, such as unified hardware interface, unified communication protocol, unified high standard protection, and unified data streamlining processing. The method takes into account the integrated design with primary equipment, realizes flexible and scalable edge computing, and can significantly improve the accuracy of fault detection. The standardization, modularization and openness of this paper is an attempt to supplement the existing series of standards, which can strongly support the introduction of more effective new monitoring technologies. Multi-means integrated online monitoring technology is the future development direction, and there are still many problems to be solved.
